exam and stress

exam and stress have great co relation. its time immortal. and its quite obvious. but for last few years we r seeing its ugly face. exams stress is becoming so unmanageable, that its killing people. students r committing suicides every year. precious fresh lives r wasted. and we r not able to do anythng. govt is helpless. its not wrong to say that it happens only in India. in Europe and US and even in Islamic and African countries it does not happen.

There r lot of reasons for that. we dont have good education system. On one hand it creates huge competition amongst students and on other hand its not able to provide them sufficient career opportunities after their studies. Moreover, parents r too ambitious. they want to through their wards what they themselves did n't achieve. they impose pressure on kids. lack of exercise, unhealthy food, wrong life style are other problems.

career guidance

Well, what do u think how important the career counseling is ? As far as I m concerned, I feel career guidance in a student's life plays a vital role. I myself have faced the consequences of lack of career awareness and improper guidance. what I achieved today could have possibly achieved 3-5 years back. But hey, time has changed today. today a student has an array of choices to choose. Moreover, lot of exposure for everything is there. But of course this can create some kind of confusion. Here comes the career counseling. An expert career counselor can tell u what to choose and what to leave depending on ur choice, on ur apptitude and most importantly on ur background. he can alleviate ur doubts and confusion.
